Where can I buy Andrea’s art?

From time to time, we will open up The Print Shop on this website and offer a selection of Andrea’s paintings in giclée print format for online purchase.

Will the colour of the art match what I see on my screen?

We do our best to ensure that photographs accurately represent the colours of the artwork. However, please be aware that your screen or monitor may show colours differently.

Can I return a painting if it doesn't suit my room after all?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you find a painting does not quite suit your space, please contact us to arrange an exchange for art of equal value, or for equivalent store credit which can be used for future purchases. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.

How did you decide what sizes to offer?

We are offering print sizes up to 1 and 1/2 times the size of the original. For example, the original Mystique is 20” x 20” so we are offering it in print sizes up to 30” x 30”.

How long until my order is dispatched?

Prints are made-to-order and ship within 3 weeks.

What if I need my order fast?

Who do you ship with?

Depending on the destination, we ship with Canada Post, UPS, CanPar or Purolator. For orders of $100 or over, your shipment will be tracked unless this service is not offered to your country.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Canada, USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand and most countries within Europe. If you live in a different area, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Please note that orders to the EU may be subject to tax upon arrival in your country. Any customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time will depend on the province, state or country you are living in. Orders within Canada usually take 1-7 business days, orders to the US take 2-9 business days, orders to the UK and Europe take 1-2 weeks and orders to Australia and New Zealand take 2-3 weeks. Please note that these are estimates and may be affected by events such as public holidays. Shipping may also take longer if you live in a remote or rural area.

Why isn’t shipping free?

We’ve chosen not to include shipping costs in the price of the prints because shipping rates vary significantly based on location. Including shipping in the price would unfairly increase the cost for customers in nearby areas.

Canvas Plus is handling the shipping duties for the West Coast Dreams Print Release, April 17 to 21, 2025. Shipping costs include the courier costs, the costs of the boxes and tubes, and the labour cost of packing the prints.

Do you offer local pickup?

We do not offer local pick up.
