Returns and Exchanges

  • We strive to ensure that photographs accurately represent the artwork. However, please be aware that your screen or monitor may show colours differently.

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you find a painting does not suit your space, please contact us to arrange an exchange for art of equal value, or for equivalent store credit which can be used for future purchases. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.

  • If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the work.

Sale Items

  • We do not offer exchanges, credit or returns on sale items. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged in transit.

Damage in Transit

  • We do our best to ensure that art, prints and cards are packaged securely to ensure their safe arrival. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged on delivery, please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement. Please include photos of the packaging and the artwork to show the damage sustained.
